The timing of the launch of “vaccination passports” in Ukraine has been announced

According to the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov, “vaccination passports” may be launched in Ukraine from July 1.

This information appeared on the website of the President of Ukraine. The preliminary launch date is July 1, 2021, but first you need to coordinate these dates with the relevant processes in the EU. A few days ago, the European Commission announced that green passports in the EU are also going to be launched from 1 July 2021.

Earlier, the Ukrainian authorities reported that the country had agreed with the European Commission on cooperation and the creation of a Ukrainian and European Digital Certificate on immunity from COVID-19. Thanks to him, Ukrainians will be able to safely travel to Europe.

The site also says that over a million Ukrainians have already been vaccinated against COVID-19. 978 thousand people received only the first dose of the vaccine, and almost 76 thousand people completed vaccination after receiving two doses.

We also recall that from June 1, the Israeli authorities will cancel all quarantine restrictions. This was made possible thanks to the successful COVID-19 vaccination campaign.

Going on a trip? Remember to get insurance that covers your COVID-19 treatment. You can do this on our website.
