According to the updated information of the interactive map of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine dated July 1, Austria opened to Ukrainians who have completed a full course of vaccination at least 14 days before entry and have a certificate confirming this in English or German. The presence of this document gives the right not to self-isolate.

However, those who have not yet been vaccinated can also enter Austria – for this, it is necessary to present a negative PCR test or a certificate of a past illness. In addition, you need to register in advance using a special form, and on arrival go through 10 days of self-isolation. Read more here.
The Netherlands also allows entry without self-isolation and prior registration. in the presence of a covid certificate of completion of the full course of vaccination at least 14 days before the trip. Interestingly, the Netherlands recognizes all vaccines that are used in Ukraine, in particular CoronaVac, which has not yet been approved in the EU. Read more about the conditions here.
Let us also remind that from July 1 in Ukraine they began to test the work of covid certificates in the Diya application, but so far only for those who have already undergone full vaccination.
